Who are we?

Henry Dony

Henry has been a Loss Assessor for over 40 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors, and is currently its President.

Sam Dony

Sam is Henry’s son and has more than 25 years’ experience in client facing roles in Insurance & Financial Services with property related claims a specialism. He is a Member of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors.

Henry Dony Associates is a family business. We are completely independent and work only for you, not Insurers. As soon as possible after the insured event, we like to meet with you, to assess the impact of the insured event and plan the necessary steps to get you back on your feet. We explain how we put together a successful claim and outline the claims process, offering support and managing your expectations as we progress.
